Construction of the first phase is underway, with officials from WBGov and WEBEL recently conducting a joint site inspection to assess progress and discuss details for the second phase. The IT park, designed to support entrepreneurs in the northern region, is slated for completion by 2026.
The Kurseong IT Park will span approximately 150,000 square feet, featuring 30 plug-and-play modules covering 35,618 square feet and 30 non-plug-and-play modules covering 24,287 square feet. Additionally, 5,940 square feet will be allocated for food and beverage commercial use, while 19,369 square feet will be dedicated to other commercial activities. The facility is also expected to attract foreign investment.
