On Tuesday, AITC State President Subrata Bakshi discussed proposed organisational changes with party Supremo Mamata Banerjee and National General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee. While Mamata approved in principle, challenges such as lack of qualified candidates in some municipalities, remain. The party may take a special approach in such cases. Sources indicate 15 district committees will be reorganised, along with reshuffles in municipalities and corporations across Bengal. Changes in key wings, including youth and student bodies, are also under consideration, with a majority of changes expected by next month.
